Modern cities are data factories. However, traffic lights don't speak to power grids, and emergency services operate on isolated frequencies. Metro Dynamics tasked us with building "Lumina," an agnostic middleware layer that visualizes this data chaos.

We designed a custom map tiling engine that inverts standard cartography. By darkening the base layer and using neon accents only for active data points, we reduced eye strain for operators working 12-hour shifts in dim control rooms.
