We do not sell, trade, or broadcast your personal identifiers to third-party entities outside of our operational stack (e.g., Netlify for hosting, Google for analytics).
Client Work: Upon full payment of the final invoice, all rights to the final visual assets (Logos, UI Designs, Code) are transferred to the Client.
Ocular Assets: The "Ocular" name, logo, site design, and underlying code frameworks remain the intellectual property of Ocular Inc. You may not reverse-engineer our site for your own commercial use.
Ocular provides design and engineering services "as is." While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables once they have been deployed to your environment.
